king costa stumbled upon a chinese restaurant called 'ABC' i ate there twice on my past trip. its located just a couple doors east of costa del sol, so you would actually go past it if you were walking from the presidente to costa del sol. they have some basic dishes nothing fancy and extravagant like tin jo. main thing is the food is fine. the prices are dirt cheap, they serve generous portions and you could eat for less than two or three bucks. |

For years I stopped by there after visiting A&S. It became a tradition. Then I started going to the place next door more (Manolitos?), getting the plato del dia. I've gotten pizza from the front window of one of the places down there, but I never knew its name. My first choice now in that neighborhood would be to make a left on 11 and go to Chicharonera Rancho Alegre, if I recall the name. |
