If your BF % is 0, your on the brink of death. I cut in college down to 4% and was in agony of what I could eat or drink. Soda wasnt on the menu. I drink it now at 11% BF and 203 lb. People watching calories drink it due to 0 cals. Coke has about 110 per serving on an 8-10 oz. Notice the 20oz bottles that list 110 (roughly) but there are 2.5 servings per container. Thats 265 cals from a soda. I am going off on a whim here but diet soda can really add up on the cal charts! Yes, coca light is available. |
