The Sopa de Mariscos is very good there. I tried it at Machu Pichu this last trip and Soda Peru's is better and cheaper IMO. If you are a seafood lover like myself, it is delicious. The fried rice dishes are also very good from my experience. Next time, I will try the seabass.
