Ok, I must be blind as a bat. Just took a walk and didn't see it. Saw mentioned in earlier in the thread that it is right across from HLH. Maybe it doesn't have much of a sign. Had a sandwich instead at Criolitos (sp). But I had my heart set on the soup.

Go left out of HLH, up the hill on the right side is Soda Peru, yellow building I think.

The sign is very small, but it is the only restaurant on the block across from the HLH as you go up the hill. Not open on sundays, and I've only been there for lunch, but I believe it is not open for dinner. Everthing I have had on the menu has been good. Tip is not included, most other places add an automatic 10% for service.
