They are open until 10:30 or 11pm. I try to go late (after 9:30), as it's not crowded at all.

I was there on Wednesday night and the waiter remembered us from 2 months earlier and knew that we sat at the same table. I eat there at least once every trip.

Lomito Porcini (Tenderloin in mushroom sauce) is the best.

Dinner for two will run about $50-60.

Pidd and I had a very nice dinner there last night. We each had a tenderloin with different sauces. On the recommendation of Orange I had the Porcini mushroom sauce which was very good. The steak wasn't quite as good as my favorite steakhouse, Nouvillo Allegro in Escazu,but for the convenience of the Gultch it is a viable alternative.
