Great idea! I'll be there April 9th and the following days, usually around 3pm. I'll be the guy at the bar with the bucket of cerveza and ogling Jessica with "lust in my hart."

Yeah who'da thunk it? Some answerers actually staying on topic! Well nigh unprecedented, eh?

Spent an evening with a non-pro at Chubbs and that was the LOUDEST bar I have ever been to in my life! Packed full and hustling. Fun. There was a table of 10 CR guys having a bachelor party and OMG are those CR guys loud. Bought the soon-to-be-married a shot much to the delight of all.

CR has a unique way of doing cheers: UP, DOWN, MIDDLE and DRINK!

I had lunch at Chubbs a couple months ago. I thought it was fine. The bullshit posts that precede me here makes me wonder why we have these characters on this board. I thought you had to be an adult to join.

I've gotta say I had tasty wings and ice cold beer the one time I went a few months back. FYI, if you think wings are overpriced at any sports bars in CR, go to Mas x Menos and check the price. Don't know why poultry is so expensive here.

I was going to ask about wings. I always go through withdrawal on about the third day of my trip. I know that in the states the wings have gotten so popular that it's affecting the prices. Wing used to be a throw away part. Now people want them more than the breasts.

Were the wings at chubbs good?
