7 POSTS from the shill who continues to change his handle when found out :P :P . 9 pages of mostly negative reviews; I doubt that the SL has the same issue. Please continue to destroy the equity the owner is trying to build. You must really be a pinhead. Oh, wait, I forgot to tell you about tonights Specials; Deep fried cockroaCHs are special tonight, free with all food orders.  come on shill, let me continue to give you all the press you can handle.

Tim Bones, you really must be slow. Obviously the poster Chubbs is the owner not a shill. It sounds like you and "CVCap" are the same person with a personal problem with someone at Chubbs. And from what I have heard about the owner from Chubbs, he would pay for you plane ticket to come on down and discuss things, but I dont think he would waste his time with a loser.

As for the Chubb's balls, as mentioned in the topic, don't knock it til you try eating Mountain Oysters, which is basically goat's nuts. But it is pretty tasty though, when I had it without knowing exactly what it is, til after the fact. At least, I didn't run screaming out of the resturant or to the bathroom to barf.

Same for lot of dishes I ate in China with lot of friends there, like stomach, pig snout, dog meat, seahorse, snails (Yeah..Snails, complete with shell), scorpions and host of so many other varieties of food. Seriously, Chinese is so renowned for cooking and eating anything that moves and what not for that matter.

I have been coming to Costa Rica on a very regular basis like 1 time per month for 13 years and started going to Chubbs when the name changed . It is a nice place and they serve a good product at a good price. I vote a thumbs up for Chubbs. Some of you guys need to see a Ch*ld in a wheel chair or something like that and then you would realize that a under cooked onion ring is only a situation and not a problem. I was thinking negative a few days ago nothing was going my way and then I carried a wheel chair upstairs at the airport to see a lady and a Ch*ld waiting for it. I then thought how selfish am I to complain about anything. Get a life and be thankful for your health and being able to go to Costa Rica as a healthy person. Bite your lip and stop your stupid bickering. In other words grow up. Have a great weekend Uncle H.

Yeah really. We have the audience lined up and the tickets sold--who's got the beverage concession?

I got beverage sales.... all proceeds go to the "Help CRGolfer experience an orgy with 10 Colombian women fund." And based on the interest in this, I will follow ChuBBS pricing and go with 5k Colones buckets (but in this case cans).

Where is Chubbs close to?? Sorry if this question has been answered already.

Chubbs is north of the Del Rey and the Sleep Inn parking lot right across the street from the Del Mar restaurant. Come out of the Del Rey hotel entrance (not the Blue Marlin entrance) turn right and walk about 150 feet and you will be there. Use to be Shannon's Irish pub.

Finally made it to Chubbs yesterday. The beer was ice cold, the wings were good, and it was great to see Jessica after so long. Too bad she doesn´t teach the working girls how to stay in shape. She just keeps getting better looking. Hey, I thought the prices were ok. Less than a lot of things I eat in sports bars in Jaco. They hit us with a heavy beach tax. All in all, I enjoyed the place.

Oh, what a minute; this is the CHuBBS shill wearing another moniker!!! Wow, just when I thought it was a serious post  .

Why not just go give the owner the rimjobs that I heard you specialize in. :lol  : OK, just kidding, please ask the owner of ChuBBs to send me a ticket and I will be more than happy to go by his "Restaurant" and speak with him. TPA to SJO, aisle seat, first class if possible (as I want to rest up for my chat with the owner ) Once you are finished mopping the floor in the men's room, I am sure he will speak with you :P :P

I will be sure to tell him that one weird little man using 3 monikers is attacking anyone who offers an their honest opinion about his pub. Last time I looked there are whole industries involved in gathering honest opinions about the quality or lack thereof of resturants; so what the PHUCK is your problem with that? :?: :?:

Personally as I have said before, I don't have a problem with the place; you should take that as a sign that you should shut up and I will stop posting about it.

What I do have a problem with is SHILLS like you who consistently feels that they are an equity shareholder in some fly by night restaurant, because they spend all their SSI / disability money there and the female bartender smiled at them once (because they feel sorry for an old gimp with urine stains on his double knits  ) . And, they can't even do it honestly by admitting that or the fact that they have a one sided BROMANCE with the owner (Can you say MAN LOVE MONDAY???).

But, that having been said, other than should a paid for ticket arrive anytime soon, I will do my best to avoid the place, simply because SHILLS like you just can't let it go, ChuBBs, Frankie69, Beckett (all the same Shill)

That's it, I am out of here!! Thanks everybody!!!

ChuBBs, I mean Frankie69, oh I am sorry it is Beckett, this time   . What are you aside from being a SHILL with multiple personalities, a six grader? I don't like lots of places, and that is my right. Ur place sucks IMHO. Keep up the school yard name calling. Its very entertaining.

Yeah, mentioning undercooked onion rings means we don't appreciate how lucky we are not to be in a wheelchair    That almost makes sense.
