I really like Don Wang. It's the closest thing to an authentic overseas chinese restaurant in Costa Rica. I also like their dim sum there, simply because I like to eat dim sum whenever possible.

An alternative could be Casa China, the inofficial chinese club in San Jose, just above Casa Matute Gomez. If it weren't for the oversized television screens broadcasting Latin American football games, you'd think you were in Chinca.

Allow me to inform you that some Chinese Restaurants in Costa Rica add oil to the soy sauce to "extend the life" of the soy sauce!!!
