I took a look at the DelMar Menu last night and saw they have a turkey dinner on the 25th for about 10,000 colones which looked pretty good consisting of several courses. In the gulch, that's as close as one can get to "ground zero".

Thanks for the info flyboy. I forgot to check the NY bar last night when
I was there but will look later today. I pretty much gave up on having turkey while I was here so I stopped by my local cafeteria at home on Tuesday for lunch and had turkey and dressing so I was early I guess but got'er DONE !

Check the Tico Times, I think there might be a choice of something else as a main course at the DelMar. The SL might have a xmas dinner, call there. Then again, there's the box lunch available at the Blue Marlin and at the SL, although I expect xmas traffic might be light. The Blue Marlin was light last night, and lots of fuglies at the Key Largo. 8)

A few years back, flying out on a Thanksgiving, I had my Turkey at Denny's by the airport. As a side, no pun intended, it was a great day to travel back. Off the plane and in my car in about 15 minutes, it was a late afternoon flight.
