Hi Gents, A friend took me to Zona Blue for a drink and a cigar. When he paid the bill he said a 10 % tip was added to the drinks and the cigars along with the 13 % tax. Is it true that when you buy a cigar they should add 10 % to the bill. Is a cigar a restaurant item ? --- Are they just slipping the 10 % in ? --- Is my buddy wrong ? Thanks, H.

Should I not tip? I was solicited for tips at Costa del Sol and other restaurants. At Costa del sol it was pretty blunt .
