I land on the 26th hitting jaco 27-28. Ill be back in san jose on the 5th for a night let me know if anyone is around to grab a drink

Just missing you it seems. We are getting in on the 4th and going direct to Jaco. Have a good trip and I look forward to hearing about it.

No, my buddy and I have been coming down for years. I even bought 5 acres in Escalares by Dominical overlooking the Pacific. I love Costa Rica and all it has to offer. Is this your first time?

went with my GF in the northern part, but first time going solo

If you are solo, (and you surely may know or have heard this) drink lightly and stay as sober as you can. Drunks attract petty crime like a moth to a flame. You don't want to have a bad time. Otherwise, it is great fun and completely different from the northern areas.
