After a long hiatus from CR of 10+ years, I'm way overdue to visit with my wingman and see what has changed (besides us getting older). So we've booked reservations at the SL and will be spending the weekend before Mardi Gras in SJ.

I dusted off the old lifetime CRT VIP card, got back on the web, and have been reading the forum posts to try to get caught up. But it's a daunting task - almost like being a newbie again - but with years of experience. Don't know which of my old forum friends are still around, but if you're out there be sure to say hi.

We'll be keeping a couple of bar stools warm and doing elbow exercises at both the SL and DR bars that weekend - at least when we don't have better offers.

Who knows? This could become a regular thing again!

Just read your post and It made me think of how the SL has changed in just a couple of years let alone 10 years. Not talking about chicas,but the ongoing remodeling and additions!

Have fun And remember things might look a little different everywhere...... but the Heart of Gulch still beats on and on....
