ok so my Thanksgiving trip I was wanting to take didn't make because few things came up, so now thinking 1/15 - 1/20 but I've heard mixed reviews about the Jan time frame so just want to make the right decision on when to go. I can't do Feb or March because of work but anytime after that I could (just want the trip to be soon not 5 months out). I thought about staying at Jaco but I kind of like the different bar atmosphere in SJ and I love bar hoping, Jaco doesn't seem like it's that way but I could be wrong. I might have a few guys with me in Jan. but possibly be traveling solo and staying at El Castillo all inclusive.

Helpful hints welcomed.

January is fine in SJO weather is great and bills are due every month for the chicas. Dont overthink it

thanks Jfoot I'm just trying to make sure they aren't NOT working. I know there are some times during the year when the places are dead, so I have read.

Semana Santa (week before Easter Sunday), Christmas week, mother’s day. Otherwise rest of the year is steady
