I see several of you have been to SJ recently. I assume you are members to get information and make your trip more fulfilling. Why no trip reports? Almost like stealing. Getting info and giving none is return.

1. Why post trip reports in Roll Calls?
2. Many have stopped posting detailed trip reports because some ass monkeys love to show chicas trip reports (especially VIP trip reports) to either (a) score imaginary pu*sy points or (b) because they are douche bags.

Yeah selfish sheepshaggers, probably half of the board.

On the other hand there's so little new to report so far as SJ goes. I'm guessing the other half say why bother.

Part of me agrees unless people take the time to tell the story and build in the right amout of detail. I could paractically create a TR template with fill in the blanks.

My flight in was ________. Next I checked in at ________. Then I had my appointment with _________. This made me hungry so I got some food at ________ and it was ________.

Later at HDR the chicas were _______ and _______. I don't remember her name but she (insert vague useless description here). We chatted a bit and I thought she was ________. The session was _________ but I ________. In total I paid her (real cost minus $20).

Well maybe Admin should start another section and name it "Chica Reports"!! I always include "Trip" details in my "Trip Reports" to let others know about the good & bad I experienced with airlines, hotels, restaurants , etc.

I also include as much detail as I can & print & file my trip reports, Cds with pics & other recuerdos from my trip so that if I ever become to old to travel (God I hope that never happens!!), I can reminesce & relive my experiences. I know, I know, I'm a dumbass but whatever. Just my 2 pesos worth!!

Don't get me wrong the non chica info is good too. And yes you do actually take the time to add the details. For the record I've enjoyed those reads. Sounds like you have quite the treasure trove built up. :lol:

That said, what I thought differentiates this site is Ticas. And on that front there has been a huge drop off after you know who and you know what. There's a myriad of other spots on the interwebs with food reviews, lodging ratings, and regular tourist info. If I want to find a good steak place near Escazu CRT is not where I start.
