Got myself a week in CR. Still trying to decide how (or even if) to divide my time between San Jose and Jaco. Last trip was last year, split between family friends (no playing allowed) and Jaco. Haven't spent much time in San Jose in over 3 years.

Thoughts:
Jaco is freakin' hot this time of year, correct? Daytime action is slow. There's a beach but ... sewage concerns kinda limits my desire to jump in the water. There's limited venues. But the chicks at Cocal are a nice caliber, at least from what I saw last year.

San Jose ... are the reports of things being slow (HDR, SL) true? Can someone give some guidance on who the superstars are in relax/monica's/etc.? New Fantasy is closed, right? Idem still around? Anyone go to the strip clubs anymore? Anyone doing gulch tours these days?

I cannot tell if the board is just not getting as many posts (response to Cuba Dave) as in the past nor can I tell if things have simply declined or not. So, yeah, if anybody has any input please share. And if anybody wants to catch up for a drink and whatnot, PM me.

Miles, I will be in town that week I usually go to SL or HDR and hang out with ticas I met on previous trips. I would like to check out some MP but I am a little intimidated by them as I travel solo and dont want to go without a wing man would certainly like to hook up and check a few out. I have been to CR 6 times in the last year and there are always plenty of girls there. In SJO and Jaco both.

Jaco is always HOT and HUMID. Guys say that there are a couple of chicas around the Cocal even late morning now. It seems to be better than in he past in that respect.

Cool guys - decided to split may time between the two locations. Really, it cant be that bad!
