I think booking your room at Sportsmens Lodge is just about all you have to do - it's all downhill from there!!
girls, guys, day trips, what to do, etc....will all come about naturally at the SL bar!!My only advice to you, is not to say "Yes" to the first fugly Tica that talks to you in perfect English while you are taking your bags to your room!!
Check-in, say no to aggressive Ticas, than come back and look at All the girls and pick a beauty! Some of the best and prettiest don't speak much English and are a bit shy. But having said that, they are there for just one reason and it's all good!!

I only mention the fugly thing cuz many of my first timers said "Yes" to first warm body to talk with them only to find out that once naked, this gal was older than they thought, fatter than they thought, not as pretty as they thought, and they paid a cien to boot!! Lol.
There are some hot young Ticas At SL - good luck and have fun. After a day or 2 - find some blue pills to ensure that 3rd pop each day!!!!!
