This is my first visit to CR. I'm staying at SL the first two nights (Fri & Sat) and last night (Fri) of the trip. The remainder of my time will be at LA. If anyone will be around and would like to show me the ropes it would be appreciated. I've dabbled a bit here and there but by no means am I very experienced, just reasonably well read. Steve |

You will have a great time. I would highly recommend catching the La Amistadt shuttle down to Jaco and drink at Cocal for at least 2 days nights if not more. I prefer to get a hotel close by - Posieden or Hotel Nine are fine examples. Cocal is right on beach and it's fun to drink and talk to the chicas whilst in swimwear. meeting fellow enthusiasts at SL is way to go! Good luck. And of course if you could catch a ride to Manual Antonio, Dominical, or San Isidro El General for an afternoon diversion - all the better. |
