Any of you guys interested in fishing for Red Snapper, Dolphin & Marlin? I know it's a different kind of fishing, but it's a chance to do something other then the usual and it's only a day trip.....back at the SL for Happy Hour! :twisted:

not much of a threat to wear out the chicas but i can be considered an absolute threat to the bavaria gold supply... :)

Ok...... :P :twisted: we are a week out....this post is regarding Fishing....I am definitely intersested in fishing. looking for 2-3 other mongers who want a day out of San Jose......you will still have time to monger when you plan right,

Option 1. charter a 32' Mako for half day (7am-1pm) $500 r/t transportation $150 total $650 for a half day fishing offshore in the Pacific....Sails, Marlin, & Dolphin and we can choose to come back for Snapper & reef fishing. We would leave our hotel early in the morning 5-5:30 am but we'll be back by 4pm...plenty of time for more trolling.

Option 2. Tico style fishing tour $169 pp all included.

This is a more involved tour where a lot could be going on and would be a great day.....but you may be spent upon return to San Jose.

I am open for either option and looking for wing men....newbies or semi-newbies, it's always great to get away and experience Coat Rica...the culture....the outstanding fishing.

Count me and a friend in for fishing out of Jaco on the 22nd. We are in CR from the 18-25- in SL in San Jose and at the Cocal on Fri, sat and Sun. 21-23.

Ok.....GG, Aquaman & his wingman are going fishing on 8/22, Saturday....Anyone else interested?? They will be in Jaco and I will be in SJ @ the SL. Need maybe 1 or 2 more.

Newbie here on my first trip. I have experience in Dubai, Bahrain, and Thailand, but this is my first trip south.

I'll arrive at the SL on the 21st for at least 4 nights. Headed to Jaco on the 27th for the weekend at the Cocal. I have no clue what I'll do in between. Ok, I do have a clue.
