I really need to see a doctor about this addiction! I blame you all ... (and certainly not myself.  I am headed into San Jose to monger Wednesday Jan 14 through Friday afternoon. I am then headed to Cartago to spend some quiet time with a favorita, and see the old city. If anyone wants to walk the MPs and have a beer or two, then look me up. |

oh, forgot to mention. I got Spirit from FLL to SJO for $400, which was $200 cheaper than Jetblue. And this includes the extra fee for a carry-on, both ways. They are both red-eye flights too, which I like. So I can work Tuesday, have dinner and my flight leaves at 11pm. The return flight leaves at 2am Monday morning, so I can get laid Sunday night and catch the cab by 11pm. And I arrive Monday at 6am, in time to go to work Monday. |

Nice to see you getting out of the Gulch and seeing some of this beautiful country. I always enjoyed Cartago... Check out the cathedral of "La Negrita" and also the ruins nearby. If you have time get Puravidatransport to take you up to Volcan Irazu. |
