Xmas day is totally dead and New Years day damn close. HDR usually has several hangers on new years Eve but since you're coming in the 28th, I would advise getting one of your faves from your first couple days to come for your "bring in the New Year pounding at midnight festivities"...the pickens could be slim.
Other than those specific days mentioned, it should be biz as usual, possibly a little slower but chicas need Xmas bills paid and they know gringos are here with wads of cash looking to party...
Most of the MP's should be open, SL should have some hangers on, you'll be able to come home with some stories and your condom supply deleted...
