I will be at SJO on 9/17 around 11:30
Was thinking about a trip to Jaco that day for overnight as my buds get in later that day and I haven't been past SJ and the gulch.
I was happy with my trip, but there is much more to see and experience.
Got a reply from transport with a share offer, (thanks!) but more than I expected.
I want to spend the bulk of my trip as a Monger and not on travel.
Anyone with advice on if a Wednesday during rainy season is a really bad day to go to Jaco anyway.
Haven't been there on Wednesday, but I expect it is not like Thurs-Sat nites.
Maybe just a trip to the gulch and Del Ray?
Not thrilled to wander alone, but feel the daytime will be cool. Anyone with advice, or looking for a wingman to share a few drinks to kill a few hours.

Hey Huey2, I've been going to SJ in Sept. for 10 years now and it rains the same all over CR everyday. Some times more. Jaco is hot and humid and by the time you get there depending on your travel for one night it might be a wasted trip. I'll be arriving on the 17th myself and staying at the Castillo. Give me a shout and have a cerveza or 2
