I am making my first trip to CR in April. I'll be staying at La Amistad. Hope to see you guys there and
if anybody wants to share transport expenses for some non gulch activities, I am game. . . I'd like to do
a Canopy tour of a rainforest or a river boat ride . . . maybe a zipline tour.

I have been to SJO probable 30 times and usually stay in Amistad
its just a block from Sportsmans and maybe a ten minute walk to del rey, only walk in the daytime!
do not walk the streets at night take taxis
haggle with the girls they will all ask for cien for an hour... don't do it you'll screw things for the rest of us
talk a chick down to 80 American unless you feel she is so outrageously hot you cant it pass by
just remember if the girl is in a hurry to get to your room & do all the bs she says she will, she will probably rush through your session so she can go back to work another guy.
you're gonna make a lot of rookie mistakes and that's ok but most girls should be cien (100) for all night or if day time at least 4-5 hours for a c note.
I'll take ya around if you like , for non chica activity, I her the bite is on strong for fishing and if you want to charter a boat, you'll need to catch a shuttle at 6 am to get to the boat by 7 am and fish all day but you will catch marlin.

I will be in CR during this time as well (rookie though coz this is my first trip). I am spending the first night at Zona 2, the next 3 nights at the Cocal in Jaco, and the last 4 nights (4/29 through 5/3) at the La Amistad. I am sure I will run into you too. Cant wait to get my ass down to CR!

I'm going to be pulling in as your leaving. My flight gets in at about 1am. Anyone there from the 7th till the 14th? I'll be staying at Scores.

I will be there from May 30 to June 5 staying at SL. Fourth trip here. If I can help any first timers or anyone let me know. I am also fluent in Spanish. Hope to meet you all out there.
