How does the CRT card work? Do you give it each time you order something? Also when your checking in to your a Hotel do you give to them or when your checking out?

When you check-in at the hotel, show them your CRT card to prove you are eligible for the discount. Ordering food at the SL, show the server your card when you order your food.
