Post subject:  Virgin trip (1st time to CR, not trying to find one)May 1-7
:D I've been lurking here off & on for a few years; finally decided I really need a vacation and it was time to try Costa Rica. I'll be at La Amistad May 1-7 and I'm going to lurk around there and a few other places ..... And yes, the SL is high on the list. Look for the shorter, pasty white gringo with minimal Espanol.

you will be as easy to find as Maria, you know, the chica with dark hair, brown eyes that speaks spanish :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Maybe I'll wear a Vancouver Canucks jersey, I would stand out as their other two fans are staying home 8)

Their season should be over by the time you get home. No need to worry about riots this year.

Archer is going to stand out like a sore thumb. Can't go wrong staying at the Amistad and moseying on down to my favorite watering hole, the S.L If you spot a big ole red neck, say hello. He just might buy you a Costa Rican Beverage.
