I was a veteran of CR from 1999-2006..30 trips.There have been so many changes,I feel like an old gf who once told me she was a born again virgin because she hadn't had sex in years. I feel like a newbie. Presidente was my hotel,Nashville south and NY bar were my favorite drinking spots. Like the saying goes" you can go back but you can't go home". I'm a light sleeper and after reading up on hotels have whittled down to castillo , dunn inn, and sl. Which has least noise? Is popeyes dad still kicking from Nashville south? "NORTH TRURO". |

Castillo is the quiet one of the bunch, great staff, nice tiki style outside bar, a little older but if your looking for a place to actually sleep out of the three its the one |

If you were used to Presidente ( as I was) and want quiet quality---I would stay at Dunn Inn. Sportsmans is great, if you want quiet you would have to spend $79--$109, the $59 and $69 rooms can be quite noisy. Castillo has a good location but to me ( only one mans opinion) just feels old and worn- out. |
