Post subject: | CR Newbie coming for Bachelor Party on Jun 7th |
Hello everyone. This is my second attempt to visit San Jose, CR for a Bachelor Party. My previous attempt didn't work out due to trouble with the bachelor. This time around we are looking at a group of 10-12 guy in their 30's and early 40's that will be visiting. I have read the threads and have a good idea of places to visit for mongering and all, however I would like some suggestion on accomodations. Many of the guys wanna rent a house/villa so we can have a party at the house itself. I am not sure how feasible this would be, since it would mean that we would have to find some ladies to hangout with us on a Long Term arrangement. I would like some suggestions on vacation rentals that might be close to the downtown San Jose, that might have a pool and jacuzzi which can sleep 10-12 folks. I saw a few places in Ascuza, but not sure if it would be feasible to stay there and try and party in SJ. I would love any feedback that I can get from some of the more seasoned members. Trip Details: Location: San Jose # Guys: 10-12 Date: Jun 7th - Jun 10th Activities: Mongering, Zip lining, clubbing, gambling, and maybe some other outdoor activity |

We finally booked our tickets and are definitely coming. All we need to finalize is accommodations. I have looked at a villa in the Zona Francas and another one in Escuza. Seems like there aren't too many villas to sleep 13 guys. We all like the idea of having a pool so that we can have a pool party with the ladies. Wondering if any of you senior/experienced members could let me know if that is even a possibility. We want to stay in a place where we all can hangout together for sure. The pool party is an option, if we can find some ladies willing to join. I have read that HLH and SL are good for Bachelor Party but they don't have a pool. Also, since it is our first time, does it really make sense to stay in a location that is a 20min drive, or should we really try to stay walking distance from the HDL and other more happening places. Thanks in advance for all the suggestions. |

Normally guys stay an party at the HLH. It has a large room with a Hot Tub and the Chicas will put on a show for you. I could not imagine staying anywhere else for a party. |

We have three adjoining double suites that are really well set up for bachelor groups. We also have in-house girls and do speical shows for the bachelors. A house in the burbs will be a logistical nightmare. We handle 50 plus bachelor parties a year. |

BKTUNA/Boyd is a Master of Entertainment. I have found his guidance to be invaluable. And HLH regularly has several all-stars in the line-up. I believe that Boyd has a US phone number that you can use to get any of your questions answered. He's very approachable and helpful even though there isn't enough room (yet) for him to put in a pool for your party. RAC |

OK Pipes, here is the deal - forget a house, especially in or near San Jose - many reasons; chief among them is it will be difficult to fit all in one place. (Even though as you get closer to leaving, I suspect the 10 to 12 will likely be more like 6 or ![]() Houses w/ pools are not common, plus no one knows the place and coordinating activities is not easy - also - despite what you may have heard, you don't call up and order girls like room service - thay are unlikely to just go with you with the chance someone might Phuck them and pay them. I supose you could go to the popular venues and have guys choose, but ...... Trust me, so far all of what you are thinking sounds good but is no so good in reality. So what to do...... I like the suggestion regarding the White House (or the Bachelor Mansion, or whatever they are calling it this week) Beautiful place; pool, in San Antonio de Escazu, above the city, beautiful air, beautiful views - but it can be cool due to the elevation - they would be able to assist you with tours, et al - put this on your list but talk with someone at the hotel before you book. Stay in San Jose - not prettty, forget pools, but if your group wants pu*sy (and thats the problem w/ a group; some are going to be "hard core" others will not be - its why traveling with a group can be like herding cats). Check with Boyd at Hotel Little Havana - they can do tours out of there, etc - but they can also coordinate great phucking - you know your group - I've travel w/ 8 guys where only 2 phucked - as well as 4 guys when everyone did - easier when all are on the same page. A lot depends on how hard core you group is or is pretending to be - you also could do a search since this topic gets discussed frequently. Just curious - what happend with the last bachelor - did the wedding not take place? Also think twice about going out of your way to be the coordinator - its a thankless job - or can be depending on the jack off level of the guys in your group (and unless you have traveled with them, you really don't "know") Personally, I'd just get a place - a hotel, not a house - and leave it at that - I'd also - even if you don't stay there, let Boyd help you at HLH w/ the Bachelor Party. |

Thanks for your feedback guys. It has been very helpful. Especially Boyd, he is awesome. Scuba, I know what you mean about guys falling out at the last minute, but we have 13 that have bought the flight tickets, so I am Damn sure they aren't backing out. Also, atleast 6-7 of us will be doing a lot of phucking ![]() As for the pool party, we weren't looking for the ladies to just come and hangout. We actually were thinking of negotiating some pool fun and then some room fun. But I understand what you all mean when you say, that it is going to be difficult finding ladies that would be willing to come 30mins away, especially the first time. I did check the Bachelor Mansion and it looks pretty cool. I might try and look into that. But it seems like we might be better of getting a couple of suites in SJ itself and staying closer to the action. |

We are all set. Visiting from June 7th-10th. We will primarily be in staying in Escazu but will be spending our evenings in the downtown area, especially HLH, SL, and HDR. Hope to meet up with some fellow members. You can't miss our group. It will probably be the only group of Indians ![]() |

Escazu is a nice drive from HDR and the gulch. Be prepared for a 20+ minute drive each way depending on your driver. I have stayed at the White House and even though I had a good time I found it to be a bit out of the way. I would see about double booking a room down by the gulch if it was me that way I could go to either location. The girls will definitly ask for cab fare as well from Escazu |

If anyone wants to do a TLN they can always take them back to our main base. |
