Hello All,

Initially I had posted that I was going to make my second trip to CR from 4/6 to 4/14--I did not realize that this was Easter weekend. I was looking at company paid holidays sheet thinking it was current for 2012, but I misread it and realized that it was for 2011 where good friday was on 4/22. I thought I was actually coming out before the week leading up to Easter.

Another member pointed this out, and even though I heard that it can be fun leading up to Holy Thursday, I decided to change the dates so that I could experience 2 full weekends in San Jose.

I will arrive 3/16 in the AM, and depart 3/26 in the AM.

It would be great to know who else will be in town to coordinate meeting up!!

I never made it to HLH Happy Hour, so definitely a must this time!!

I get in on the 12th and stay until the 20th .....have a wing meeting me on the 14th and we have the 2 suites at the freebird booked ....I will be on tute table a few hours everyday and watching the first round of march madness .....its a great time for san jose that week .....you are welcome to hang with us .....lots of mp action and making the most of our trip ....post where you are staying ,only 9 more weeks

Hey Chilimike...is the wingman that you mentioned Doctor Billy? Buzzfla, Royboy, myself and three other guys will be in CR from 3/14 to 3/19.

no Billy is in thailand for jan , feb and most of march (we are planning a trip together for july) my wing is a member named maxwell (he was at the crt meeting we had in miami we went to at hard rock) good guy, we have the suites at the freebird (the 2 that connect) looks like he gets in on the same day as you .....if you and your group play that joe's bar game hanging out everyday .....I swear I am going to pay the trannies to visit that bar (as we been in san jose during the same week before and never got together :shock: )......I would think your group is staying at morazan but wish at least one of you would stay at freebird .....the rooms are great and I just feel you get a different type of trip staying there (feels more like your living there vs on vacation )

WOOOHOOOO!!

Just bought my confirmed ticket--$487 direct to San Jose. Finally received confirmation of my requested time off from work.

Still deciding where I want to stay--do I want to stay at the amazing La Amistad or should I try somewhere else??

I really like La Amistad--great location, great staff, and great owners, plus great prices, no chica fees, and its away from the action for when you want a break. Did I also say that the staff will do your laundry for a tip (propina), and there is free calls to the US???

I just talked myself out of trying somewhere different----LOL

So far, it has been my favorite place to stay. Matt and the gang are good people. However, perhaps it is time for me to experience some new places, and revisit some old ones (except the Del Rey ...)

Don, Mike, and Matt (in no particular order) are some great guys!! I was thinking of trying somewhere else, but if it ain't broke why fix it?? LOLOL

I am looking forward to seeing the new bartender--I saw her when she was being interviewed!!
