CR Virgin - Newbie!

This would be my 1st trip to CR. I'm staying at HLH but will be cruising all over. If you have any tips for a first-timer, I'm all ears!

If anyone needs a wingman or just likes doing the outdoor adventure stuff let me know I'm down for both.

Dont spend all your time at the HDR..its easy to get sucked ( no pun intended ) in there and forget to explore other spots....just remember it is what you make it

BMB....thanks for the tip. Don't worry I won't be hangin at HDR too much. However, I do plan on getting sucked by the finest CR has to offer, trust me!

I've got a list of the spots I plan to visit during the day and the safer spots at night. Shit, even Cuba Dave would be proud!

Piece of cake amigo! Alls you have to do is know how to talk to the chicas. It doesn't matter if they're Ticas, Nicas, or any other mamacitas. Spit a good game and the whole, wide, slippery world is yours for the plundering. :twisted: :mrgreen:

that was kind of a tongue-in-cheek comment, but i have seen some so-called "players" get played hard by some of the more savvy chicas. if you're going to play and you've never been to CR before, better bring your A+ game. i have heard a lot of "girls are the same everywhere" in my travels and witnessed the resulting fireball. there is is some truth that there's a fundamental core that every girl has, but they are not all the same. girls around the world respond very differently to different guys and approaches based on the local culture and things that they've been exposed to.


i think pretty much everyone agrees at least a walk-through of the del rey is a must-see.
