I would suggest Costa Rica, it is quite user friendly for the newbie and experienced alike.
The other destinations would require varying degrees of experience,language skills and game to achieve the same results.
This question is just too general in nature and knowing nothing else about your preferences and what you seek I am afraid you will not get many responses.

I cant even imagine but a lot of people dig that kind of thing. The Wal Mart parking lot is full of RVs. People just traveling around. I guess different strokes for different folks.

I'll be curious as to what you think about the comparison of girls of each location. I found the number of beautiful girls to be more than double in Medellin than in Cali, maybe 4 or 5 times as many.

Why are you going to both locations ? Maybe just do Medellin :idea:
