Well after lurking for quite sometime I've finally taken the big step and booked my first trip to CR Jan 10 - 20. Breaking up my stay in San Jose with a few days in Manuel Antonio. Been reading the Newb section and taking notes but would definitely look forward to meeting some friendly faces in the gulch. Booked at the Amistad for my time in SJ. So I know I'm already in good hands accomodatiion wise. |

Howdy. I've been a member for a few years and usually visit CR with some regular wingmen. However, I just retired from a 27 year career in public safety this month and my buddies can't make the retirement celebration I scheduled for myself from Jan. 7-18. I'm staying at the Sportsman's for the first four days and the rest at the La Amistad. If you're interested, drop me a line and we can hook up. I'm not a smoker or drinker, which is why my buddies liked having me around to keep an eye out for them, but I thoroughly enjoy the best reason to visit CR! |

Hi, I will be in CR Jan 16 - 23 for my second trip and not sure where I will be staying yet. The SL is booked up for that week, but i'm on a waiting list. If nothing opens up I will stay at the Amistad, the Costillo, or both. I stayed 4 days at the SL on my first trip during Halloween week a few months ago and had a great time, so I want to stay close by. |
