After 6 or 7 years of multiple annual trips to Brazil I'm finally making my virgin trip to CR..solo. After reading through the forum I've decided to stay at SL. Would love to meet up with some CR vets to hear some stories and try to learn the ropes....and get to compare Ticas to Brasileiras.

If anybody is around and staying at SL memorial day weekend let's meet up...1st round (or two) are on me

I just booked my first trip to CR, so I am a newbie. I am arriving on the 27th at the SL. Hope to meet up with you guys.

I get in on the evening of the 28th and am also staying at the SL. I started going to CR after Rio got unreasonably expensive. I remember my first trip to San Jose. Met up with a few vets who were of great help. One thing about San Jose is that us fellow mongers are extremely approachable and willing to help out a newbie. Hope to meet you, Bunda Man.

Amerioca, I am a Brazilian vet making that CR trip on May 28-31 holla at me. I will stay at Del Rey.

I've done Rio. Tone down your expectations and you'll enjoy CR for what it is. Brazil is expensive, flight is long. CR is a bit less money and shorter travel time. Quality of girls or service does not compare. They're pretty hardcore in CR but there's a few gems that can be found if you sift through the dirt carefully.

Well...I was gonna go to Rio for Memorial Day weekend but couldn't take a few more days off from work so it looks like I can at least squeeze a 3-day weekend out to Costa Rica. Will be in CR late Saturday evening the 29th thru Tuesday, June 1st. Most likely will cash in on my hotel points and stay at the Holiday Inn downtown.

To all the Rio vets maybe we can have a little get together and share some photos of Brasileira bundas.

Hey Sincity...yeah, I know about their guest fee. I doubt that I want to haggle with Delrey girls and be very disappointed in the room. Rio has spoiled me rotten. I will probably do the quickies at Idem, NF or even HLH.
