I will be heading down to Bogota (11-16 January) and Cartagena (08-12 February for business). Can anyone recommend some "NOT TO MISS" places?

I've been to CTG several times. Its a great city and a fun place to visit. Its expensive by Colombian standards. Not only is it expensive but its a place were barganing is an art form on most everything the deal is never the deal. LDV in Laguito is ground zero. Some major hotties all will be asking $150 to $300 and expecting you to bargan or not. Truthfully any casa that any taxista can take you to will have lots of girls that you will just not believe. My wing man and I went to a ratty casa the first night we were there and then just sat there amazed how hot EVERY girl was. There is also a strip club Pleyboy that has some very hot girls - more than a few 10s. Prices start $300 high and all kinds of barganing is expected but WOW there are some very hot girls. You can do the deed there for $75 I think but I never did that so I'm not sure. You will spend some money but the quality of the girls in both looks and attitude is very much higher than SJO IMHO. Spanish is almost a must expecially numbers and money. There are not a lot of americans and the other observation I would have is that a lot of the girls are university students and generally got a lot more going on upstairs than what you generally run into in CR.

Hate I'm going to miss you Everfieldce. I'm going to be in Cartagena and Bogota on Jan 20 - 29. Linkman, really appreciate the help! What is LDV in Laguito? Is there a place like the DR in Cartegena? Are strip clubs the way to go in your opinion or MPs? MOST IMPORTANTLY, can you recommend good accommodations that are chica friendly? I took my first trip to Medellin a few months ago and my buddy GI Joe and I rented an apartment in El Pablado which was very nice for $40 each. Traveling solo this time and I'd like to find something nice for around $70 or $80 but would go up to $100. Any ideas?
