I am a first timer and was looking to spend a weekend Fri-Sunday and was wondering what a mongering budget should be. Not including room/airfare charges. How much should I budget for food sun and fun

It really depends on your habits and libido. Do you drink a lot, gamble or phuck five chicas per day or drink water, never gamble and are happy with one chica?
Too many variables to consider without more info.

Answer: it depends.

Let's say you take down 1000 dollars and stay 48 hours.

For one grand @ the current exchange rate and assuming

* you don't drink,
* you don't go clubbing
* you eat sparingly by yourself

... you can get:

* 6 meals @ 5-10 USD each = 30-60 bucks
* 50 bucks in taxis (assuming you're taking a taxi EVERYWHERE, even to the corner)
* 30+ sessions @ a MP (e.g. Relax, SAN)
* 15 sessions @ a "high end" (read: more expensive) MP (e.g. Idem, HLH)
* 9 cien sessions at HDR/SL
* 12-18 (YMMV) market-priced sessions at DR/SL
* don't forget the $26 exit tax and your taxi fare from/to airport (about 40-50 bucks total)
