I'll be making my first trip to CR on July 31. I have two questions: 1) will anyone be at the the HDR those nights? I'd appreciate making some friends and learning about San Jose from you if so. 2) how safe are the cabs at night? And can you get a cab at all times of the day and night? Thanks, |
