Newbie to the forums here, and first time going to CR. Thanks to everyone here for all the great info on this site. Been to Buenos Aires, Peru, and Colombia so thought I'd drop in on CR and sample the goods. I'll be staying at the SL in one of the Mansion rooms July 3rd-9th.

Look forward to meeting anyone in town that week.

Anyone have any comments/suggestions on picking up locals at El Pueblo or other location? Will be hitting the usual places mentioned here, but thought I may try and catch a freebie or two.

I will have only been gone for a few hours when you guys land...You'll know that a girl was with Lex if you mention my name and she falls to the ground weeping and starts babbling about how life has no meaning without me. Launch week has arrived. Look forward to meeting a few of the esteemed members of this board upon arrival this Friday. Hope the SL has my room properly sanitized after the some of the things I read on this board...lol

I'll be at the SL for my first trip same time. I'll be at the bar during Happy Hour drinking beer and wishing it was old #7. Love to trade stories b/c it seems you've been to the places that I'm looking at and I've been to a few places that you haven't.
