I am planning my 1st trip. Plan on meeting my wingman who has been 2 times. Not sure where we are staying, but maybe SL or DR. Not sure which place is better to stay for the first time. I have time to study up on my rostta stone spanish..

Anyone else going at this time. I am flying from Houston IAH on Continental.

I will be at the Sportsmens from Sept 30 - October 11. I don't know hat it is like at the Del Rey, but if you plan on staying at the SL you might want to get your reservation secured. They don't have that many rooms and everytime I've stayed there, they are pretty much fully booked.

I tried to book at SL for Oct 8th to 13th, but I need 2 rooms and they only have one regular and the presidental suite, which is pricey for what it is. I was thinking of staying a blockover at La Amisted. I know they do not have any ticas, but it is close to SL. Anyone have any advise on this?

I ended up booking at the SL. Go the Courtyard President Suite for me and a standard room for my wingman. Got the last 2 rooms. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Arrive Oct 8th. I stay for 5 nights, but my wingman only has 3 nights.

I've stayed in the Presidential Suite before. It's a nice room, the only problem I remember was the water pressure was a little weak.
