From browsing the ROLL CALL forum it looks like there will be over two dozen of us visiting and in town May 2nd. I propose we meet for happy hour Saturday May 2nd at the Sportsmens. Perhaps someone staying there could volunteer to talk to Bill about drink specials for the gathering. Here's a list of those that indicated they would be in town. Of course locals and anyone else are happily invited. No longer necessary. Bill shot me a PM and has graciously offered CRT members 2 for 1 drink specials on the National beers (Imperial & Pilsen) Rum & cokes and Vodka mixed drinks. The "Happy Hour" will begin at 6pm on Saturday May 2nd at the Sportsmen Lodge and the drink specials will end at 7:30. See you there! |

I'm arriving Monday A.M. on May 4, staying until Friday, May 8. Hopefully, some of you will still be around for those dates. If so, shoot me a PM or whatever. Thanks. |

From browsing the "roll calls" it appears the preponderance of guys are staying at the Sportsmens, the Amistad, and the Morazan. All 3 are safe (with all the usual caveats of walking alone after dark). All 3 have budget options and up (the first two have very nice "up" options and you get a CRT discount). The Sportsmens might already be booked up that weekend, you should contact them right away if you want to stay there. The Amistad is around the corner and a block up from the Sportsmens, they also often book up so contact them soon. The Morazan is a block from the Hotel Del Rey, if you are arriving in the evening I personally don't recommend it ("lost" reservations). For a wealth of information on these 3 hotels and many others look at the board's hotel forum. |

Thanks They are taking the same precautions as most major airports. C & I officers wearing surgical masks, surgical gloves. Arriving passengers walking through body temperature sensors with medical personnel interviewing those who temperature exceeds 100 degrees F. |

Thanks Bill! Everyone I saw had a good time. I'm not sure where all the newbies were. Met a few new guys but they were not CRT members (although they say they will be soon). And it was good seeing quite a few of the long time members. I'll be back Memorial Weekend. |
