Looks like me and 3 of my friends are going to make are first trip to SJ on may 15 thru the 19th. After much research we decided for our first trip we would try some rooms at the SL.

I've been scouring this board and several others trying to soak up all the information I can, and I must say I'm going into brain overload as we speak. If any of the old guard would like to meet up and show us gringos around, we would love to buy you some beers and get some first hand knowledge along the way.

Well.....I can't offer any "old hat" advice, but I'm in the same boat as you guys.....and will be there the same time. My first trip is 15 - 18 May. If you don't mind a tag along...would love to join the Group.
I'm at Amistad, and coming in from HOU on Continental.

I'll be there, staying at Hotel Castillo. I usually hit SL at least once for dinner, & once in the afternoon.

You guys should contact Pops and he will show you around. I did it and it was the best thing I did. It costs very little and he shows you the best places and how to save money doing everything. Go to his website at www.popsguideservice.net

From what I have read here today there will be a few of us down there around the same time...LOL I could be wrong here but the way I see it there is strenth in numbers...And we have some nice numbers. I will be in CR on the evening of the 15th of May,Me and one of my buddies. I am sure I will see a few of you guys down there at SL the following day if not that night after I get checked in... With that great Map of all the hot spotsthat I downloaded, I am sure we will have a Pucking Blast while we are there.... I look forward to meeting you guys......

I will be staying at SL may 14-17. I will see you in the bar for a few drinks.

Sorry, dude...but I must say that when I have a real crappy day at work like I did today, it makes me want to go even sooner. Oh well, we'll be tipping a few soon at HDR or SL soon.

This is taking forever!!!! What's strange is that when I go out I'm not as into the scene. It's really working on my brain. I know what's going to happen in less than three weeks and I think women sense it. I'm not bitter at women and I take pride in being a gentleman. But I'm clearly more detached and women are more curious. A good woman could get me in a relationship, but ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS MAY 14TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
