Thinking about heading back either 3/28-4/5 or the following week which is easter. Wondering if it would be dead as is on Christmas.
Any info appreciated.

I'm taking 7 guys fishing in a month and a half. They wanted to schedule the trip during Semana Santa to capitalize on the "no-work" holidays. I quickly convinced them that this was not a good idea because everything, including p4p, takes a time-out. We booked a week earlier (3/27 - 4/4).

I am, however, spending two weeks in Medellin over Semana Santa, but will be spending it with my novia and her family. Like other Latin American countries, Colombia chills during Easter week as well.

What's the dates of Semana Santa this year(09) I've got a room at SL for 9-12 of April should I rethink this?

April 5 to 12. Definitely rethink you are booked from Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday. Can't be any worse time then that.
