Hey Y'all... finally made it in after two days of flying from the other side of the world. I am going to jump in the shower and mosey down to the SL. I'll check before I leave. Anyone going to be around, drop me a line here. See some of you soon.

More than likely, he is referring to the normal American " Happy Hour" time of day. i.e. 4:30ish pm- 6:30ish pm, or the 5:00 cocktail hour.
I also inadvertantly use that phrase a lot myself, when referring to that time of day.

I believe the SL does have an official "Happy Hour", with drink specials on Thursdays and Fridays. Or maybe they used to, anyway. I'm sure someone can chime in with current info.

Typically, it is easy to create a fun "Happy Hour" at the SL, any time of the day.
