I will be at the SL from Jan. 6th-12th for my birthday bash. I'm coming in with a fellow employee who has never been to CR before. He is a Mexican citizen, and Spanish is his native language. I'm looking forward to seeing his reaction. He mainly mongers in Ensenada. So far I have not found that a Mexican citizen needs a visa, or any other documents, other than his passport, and green card to get back in to the USA. Is this true? Thanks for any responses.
