I will be at the SL from Jan. 6th-12th for my birthday bash.

I'm coming in with a fellow employee who has never been to CR before. He is a Mexican citizen, and Spanish is his native language. I'm looking forward to seeing his reaction. He mainly mongers in Ensenada. So far I have not found that a Mexican citizen needs a visa, or any other documents, other than his passport, and green card to get back in to the USA. Is this true? Thanks for any responses.

Looking forward to seeing those of you I know, and meeting those of you who I have yet to meet.
