Hank returns to CR for trip#10 on Nov.6-9. Woke up bout 4 am this morning and logged on to delta.com and da*m the fare is 201.50 including tax. Couldn't resist cause it's lowest fare I've ever booked. Will try for SL and probably stay at Morazon. I don't want to switch hotels or rooms for this short 3 night getaway

I dont understand how the hatred of Jaco continues.

I understand there are a lot of older ppl on this board and all they wanna do is Phuck some ticas...and thats cool.......but ive had multiple friends get back from Jaco and Hermosa and every single one of them said it was awsome and they had a blast.

The waves are better at Hermosa. 3 days isn't a lot of time though. have a good one!

I stayed at Terrazo del Pacifico. I liked it but its about 100 bucks a night it is where the hold the Quicksilver air show every year in Hermosa. I think they do charge a chika fee now however (

But at least you can wake up grab a board and go surf right out back they have free breakfast ETC. and the staff is pretty friendly.

Wadecounty1, it's all good. You'll have fun... Jaco does have problems and believe me, I bitch about shit all the time. But a lot of the negative is highly exagerated.... Some is true.... Like in the States though, old dudes wearing dark socks with their shorts are never really comfortable at beaches.... Even if you don't like it, don't quite get the level of animosity..... Just don't go. The hostility tells me that something really bad or embarrassing happened to some.... Did hear a rumor of trannies actually plowing a few male tourists coming back from BB a few years back.... never know
