Been to CR 1.5 yr ago. Stayed at Prez with wingman, great place but my wingman did get hastled with one chica that wasn't dressed up to their standards. We actually knew they where strict so we he had her slip on a pair of his pants but they still denied her, probably because pants where way oversized and falling down.
I can not believe its been a 18 months since I have been on my 1st trip to CR.
This time I will be going at it alone, no wingman. Any suggestions where I should stay as a solo. I am leaning towards the SL or Amistad. I want to meet some CRT'ers. I had lunch one day at SL but couldn't get the feel for what it would be like to stay their. I am 38 and hopefully their will be some Crt'ers in town that week.
Is ZB open?

If you call the Sportsmens NOW, I think they still have a couple of rooms available (courtyard) for the time you are in town. I will be there with a couple of buddies. Zona Blue is supposed to be open by September 1st. The Sportsmens is the only place for me but I will also try out Zona Blue for a couple of nights to take advantage of the $20 chicas. :D

Rooms are booked up for 9/13 but rooms available for 9/14. Not sure what to do.
I am pissed I am missing Don Gordo's B-day. My friend and I met him at Zhona Blue our 2nd day ever in CR. It was an honor to talk to him. It was like meeting Elvis.
We did a lot research before our trip and my friend even had Don Gordo's map of SJ printed out in his pocket. Really would have like sat down and talked and shared some stories with him.
Now maybe DR 6th fl balcony room if I can. I might as well so I can at least experince it.
