Only 10 days to go. :D :D Being a beer budget monger I will be staying at the Vista Linda Apartments. I hope to meet with many of my fellow CRT members while in town. Hopefully all the wisdom I've culled from this group will keep down my potential rookie mistakes. :oops: :oops: Anyway, I am pumped for my virgin trip!! :D :D :D

Slim,

I will be arriving in SJ February 28th (9:30 p.m.) and returning to the states on March 4th. I am staying at the Sportsman's Lodge(SL) and can usually be found at the SL bar in the late afternoon or early evening sipping a Beam & Coke and planning the evening activities :) .

Drop by the SL if you happen to be in the neighborhood and I will buy the first round of drinks! Pura Vida!

when would i have to make reservation to get a room there?

Too Late Brother... they are all booked up I just called and they have no rooms till the 3rd of Mar. I booked a suite at the Prez.... (I think) I did it on line and havn't heard back... 3rd choice will be the HDR :shock:

This will be my first trip to CR...first time in Latin America!
