since you lived and have family in CR, there are probably many things you know that your fellow CRT members do not as far as CR customs and way of life.
however, if you want a good place to gather tips and suggestions for finding little darlings, then I would go to the Sportmans Lodge and just chat with the crowd there over a drink one afternoon or evening.
the Del Rey happy hour is also a good spot to meet your peers, but the SL is more laid back and better for conversation.
