Will be making my first trip to Jaco on December 5th. Are any other CRT members going to be in the area?

I need to know of any Tica Friendly Hotels any one could recommend. I'll be in Jaco in early February. Any suggestions... is Clarita's Hotel decent?

I stay at the Cocal when I am in Jaco. No chica fee, brackfast included, right on the beach. Prices are around $80/night. You can do better in Jaco as far as price, but it is a nice place. I stay in the poolside rooms. They are nice, but no TV. I don't need one as I keep myself entertained by other means. They are doing construction here. The parking lot was ripped up last time I was here three weeks ago. Until they finish that, I would not recommend a standard room as they are right on the parking lot.
