Hi all,

Thanks for the fantastic site! After I picked up a membership and read through the website, I booked two nights at the SL. So.........

Anybody going to be at the SL and steer me in the right direction? I'll buy the beer...... :D

I read the post about the Pamela/Lorena dynamic duo....I definitely want a piece of that!

Thanks again for the fantastic info on this board. I would never have believed that there are such incredible pleasures in the world without your posts!

Ok Dancer,

I'll steer you from here. :D

After you check in and prep yourself, head into the bar and order something from one of the cuties. As you enjoy it, take in the scene. Do a nice 360. If it is early evening it should be pretty nice and it is up to you to begin your interview process and getting to know the locals. Its a safe place and many pleasant people will be hanging about.

If you get there early in the day, you can make the walk down the street to Zona Blue or New Fantasy. Both with get you started right. Usually SL doesn't start hopping 'till 5 or 6, so you have some time to kill.

And if you are there on a Fri or Sat it is worth window shopping the Del Rey just for the whole eye candy aspect of it all. That is a good place to have a wingman though.

Dancer,
I'm also in on the 6th and my first trip also. Couldn't get into SL but I am down the street at the Castillo. Will be in SL after I check in for happy hour. Have talked to a couple of veterans that will be there also. Maybe we can all hook up and do whatever it is you do in SJ :roll: My flight is in around 1p.m. See you Thursday.

I won't be back in CR anytime soon. However, like the Werewolf of London, you might find me walking the streets of Soho in the rain, looking for a big bowl of beef chowmein. :wink:

I will be staying at the SL during the time you are there. You picked a great place to stay. You wont have any worries finding a wingman. After you get ripped up at ZB, look for me around the SL and we'll hit up the DR.

I'm there from 8/31 to 9/9.

After my morning constitutional at ZB or NF, I should be found around the bar, especially Saturday for college football.

Since this is my second trip, I'm not sure how much I can help, but will cover your back, and take the 7-8 friend and leave the ten for you. 8)

I'm looking forward to a low life gutter crawl to some of the Tico MP's, being the dirty white boy from Compton that I am.
