What Brethren are on my flight? As we run like hell from the domestic to the international terminals...let's meet up at an International terminal bar and slam a shot back for the mongerers who couldn't make it... ![]() |

As of two nights ago, I was up to 10K colones (~$20USD), and that's my taxi money to the SL, or Amistad. Still trying to find a room. I work best the first night scrambling to find lodging -- makes things interesting. Maybe one year I'll actually book in advance. Nah..... ![]() See you at the Sportsmens for a happy hour I'm sure... |

Looks like Mr. Gusto will be on your flight. https://costaricaticas.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=175486 ZBW, Forget the SL, they are booked for months out for CRT anniversary weekend. Amistad may have a room or Castillo maybe. |

ZBW, Another hotel option albeit a bit pricier than Castillo would be the Dunn Inn. If you're discreet in how you bring in the chicas, there's no problem. The Amistad may still have rooms available...neat-oh! Call 'em...at this point don't waste time with e-mailing. 011-506-258-0021. Clear a path for me, will ya? I arrive on 8/30. ![]() |

Zebra, As Orange pointed out, I am on that same flight. There are also a few other members on that flight. We'll meet up by the gate in MIA before the flight. MG ![]() |

All -- I'm probably going to start a new thread: "How to be a completely unprepared, uncoordinated and continually procrastinating mongerer -- and enjoy the hell of out it! - 101". Maybe I'll get to that one of these days... ![]() ![]() |

ZeePantiesEenABundle: ![]() ![]() Try: 1. Costa Rica Hotel Morazan 2. Hotel Europa (downtown, not Radisson) 3. Has anyone stay ed at the Royal Dutch recently? 4. Apartamentos Sudamer: Nice budget option. 5. Hotel Doral: Up the street and upmarket from Nuevo-J. Breakfast included. $23.00/night last I checked. Chica-tolerant. Bad hood late at night if you're alone. 6. SleepInn - Sure, an live in MPs. 7. Circus' Cardboard Inns (TM) 8. Try a chica-unfriendly hotel such as H. Don Carlos (acrosss the street from NF) and get a $60.00 room. Absolutely no chicas i.e. prostitutes allowed. However, is easy walking distance to ZB, Soda Delicious Peru, INS/Jade museum, New Fantasy and down the hill from H. Castilllo etc. If MP's aren't the thing for ya, think about a ST hotel (Officina, Morazan, Europa, Asia, Rex) for more intimate dining. Best of luck. ![]() Putz... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
