This is my 1st post, however I've been an avid reader for a few months now.

I'm going to a bachelor party for a former wingman in Jan. He want's to stay in Jaco, his party I'm not going to say no. But I can show up a day or two before everyone else and have a little fun.

I’m planning on staying at the SL but have yet to get a response to my email request. I’ll try again.

I hope to run into some of you while we’re there.

Until then I’m JAFO.

Gbas

e-mail responses from SL can be slow at times.

They do have an 800 number from the US

I don't know if you sent your e-mail on good old AOL, but I did and they didn't receive it, even though AOL said it was delivered. I sent one on Yahoo, and it was answered very quickly.

El S is correct, call, but if you choose to e-mail so you will have written confirmation, Yahoo has free e-mails addresses.

Gbas,
Welcome to the board. My only question is.... what is JAFO ?

You entitled this thread Jan 29th, and you said that you're hoping to run into some of us while you're in town. Well, the end of January is when many of us will be heading down to CR for Superbowl weekend. So I'm pretty sure you've got a chance of running into one (or 100) of us in town that weekend!

Pura Vida,
Mucho Gusto

Mucho Gusto;JAFO is short for Just Another phucking Observer, quoted from Roy Schneider in the movie Blue Thunder 1985.
I’ve been reading posts for a while but haven’t had the experience to add anything worthwhile, like most newbies I imagine.
My questions have been answered by the newbie forum for the most part so for the time being I’m an observer. (gratefully so)
I used MSN for the e-mail to SL but will try Yahoo, if that doesn’t work I’ll call. Thanks for the info El Silencioso.
I now have the CRT VIP card and will use it wisely, until January I’ll be reading quietly.

Thanks

Gbas
